The membership process is designed to encourage a prospective member to learn about the club and its members before they join,
as well as giving current members an opportunity to get to know prospective members.
Prospective members must attend, and be recognized as a guest at three club meetings. Meetings are held the first Thursday of each month at 7:30pm.
Prospective members must fill out and turn in an application to the club secretary.
Prospective members must complete a "walk around" with club range officer prior to being voted on.
Prospective members must be sponsored by three current club members.
Please note: Only club members who have held membership for at least one year can sponsor prospective members.
All three sponsors must be present to speak on behalf of prospective member before the club can vote on new members.
Sponsors must also have observed the perspective member shooting in order to testify about their gun handling.
Prospective members must provide a copy of a current North Carolina Concealed Carry Weapon permit with their application.
Prospective members must maintain a current membership with the NRA
Prospective members may not join during the month of April.
Membership Fee Structure
Application Fee: $100 This will be waived if the Maintenance Fee is paid in full at time of joining.
Maintenance Fee: $1500 This can be paid in 5 payments of $300 for each of the first 5 years
Annual Dues: $250 This will prorate quarterly if joined within the membership year.
Total due at time of joining:
$650 If paying the Maintenance Fee over 5 years
$1,750 If paying the full Maintenance Fee at time of joining.
